Administer
the Candidate Survey and Generate Candidate Profile
Applicants complete the Candidate Survey. In a matter of minutes
you will have all the data you need to process an in-depth
candidate profile of that individual's behavioural patterns.
The items on the 100-item survey form are non-intrusive and
unbiased.
Sections 2 and 3 of the Candidate Survey are optional. Having
the Candidates fill out these sections will enable you to
run a more detailed Candidate-to-Job Matching Report with
either the Leadership Competencies Profile or their Sales
Competencies Profile.
The Candidate Profile Report provides highly accurate insight
into a candidate's personality and behavioural tendencies.
This narrative description also includes an applicant's leadership
style, sensitive areas, motivators, and demotivators.
