Heather Hansen


Heather Hansen is a professional speech and language trainer, public speaker and voice-over artist. Having worked and studied in five countries, Heather now calls Singapore her sixth home. She speaks three languages and has extensive experience dealing with cross-cultural issues. With a background in linguistics, a passion for language and a love of presenting, Heather considers that she's in the business of building self-confidence and changing lives. She makes learning fun, personalised and, most importantly, practical. After a few hours with Heather, you will walk away confidently and be able to put your newly-discovered skills to use.

Come prepared to work! Heather's workshops are packed with practical activities, pair and group work, and interactive presentations. Everyone will do a voice recording where you'll have the opportunity to apply what you learn and get immediate feedback and support. You'll also take away a detailed workbook full of helpful tips, tricks and guidelines for further practice and development.
