Intelligence (or IQ) is not enough to succeed in business today. More and more companies are recognising the benefits of developing their staff in the area of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Why? Because when we deal with people, we are dealing not only with their minds but also their feelings, and studies show that we gravitate towards people who make us feel good, who motivate us, and who make us want to strive for excellence. This is the essence of EQ.

In this highly experiential workshop, Leslie Choudhury guides you through the 5 core competencies of EQ, and shows you essential skills that will help you develop trusting and meaningful relationships with everyone. You will be able to use these skills immediately, and will see positive improvements in your social and professional competence.

Emotional intelligence brings out the best in you and the best in others. It results in positive emotions, initiative and innovation, improved performance, and personal and professional success. EQ is an indispensable tool for everyone.

Join Leslie for an enlightening, motivating day of improving your EQ!

Testimonial

“This was by far the best training course I have attended. I saw colleagues develop a new understanding and a new respect for one another. The Emotional Drivers module helped me put a part of my life into perspective and showed me what I must do to take control. The Coloured Brain Concept module has raised my awareness of my own relationships with my colleagues, managers, friends and family. I believe I am more efficient in my dealings with people without losing who I really am.”

Anthony A Mendonca

“I can now control the effect of my environment on me and also influence it in a positive way." I learned at the training, particularly the postures, brain colours, emotional drivers and visualisation techniques. I was particularly impressed with the working of the different types of 'coloured brain' and feel that this is something I will try to use almost daily in my work environment.”
