To most people, their own personality and other people's can be an enigma – a puzzling, inexplicable and impossible to pin down phenomenon. To compound matters, upon closer examination we discover that discomfort, disharmony and discord at work, home and at play, most often boils down to what we call a “clash of personalities”.


Work and life doesn’t have to be a battle zone in which we take sides and are forever playing the game of politics. We also don’t have to gossip to gain leverage and make excuses to justify our behaviour.
