 Objectives
   
This workshop is for working professionals keen on improving their etiquette skills and professional image. This interactive program will focus on essential skills that adults will need to distinguish themselves and make a positive impact, be it in their work or social lives. This workshop will train adults to be confident and mindful of their presentation and communication skills. The pedagogy will include presentations, role-plays and a practical luncheon tutorial to engage the participants and boost their internalisation of these skills. A course workbook will also be provided to participants for them to keep as a reference guide.

Teo Ser Lee is the founder and director of a leading company specialising in etiquette and protocol services. Ms Teo is trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington where she specialises in Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol. Her clients include Singapore Power, Carlson Marketing Group, Reeds Exhibitions, Raffles Holdings, UOB, Genting Resorts Centre of Excellence, NTU, NUS and Singapore Press Holdings Ltd.

Ms Teo has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from National University of Singapore and started her career as an external auditor with the then Ernst & Whinney. She has more than 10 years' experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in marketing and corporate communications. Among her achievements are three beauty titles:
Ms Singapore/International, Ms Singapore/World and Ms Singapore/Globe.
