Assertiveness Skills for Executives

Being assertive in challenging interpersonal situations is a basic requirement for being effective in the workplace. Without assertiveness we find it hard to get things done, to get the help we need, and to manage our workplace relationships without either giving in or resorting to conflict. This course will enable you to increase your confidence, competence and effectiveness by giving you the skills and inspiration you need to be firm with others yet at the same time compassionate.
