We have often heard that good communication skills are the key to business success. If you can’t communicate effectively with your customers or clients, you’ll lose them.
Hence, in order to avoid misunderstandings or communicate the wrong messages, it is important to possess the most fundamental communication skill – the ability to speak well (and graciously too).
During the course of this experiential workshop, the facilitator, Jean Khoo Vowles will cover areas such as pronunciation, tone and body language so as to improve the clarity of one’s spoken English (versus Singlish) as well as understanding with customers and partners. For greater impact, the workshop content was also localised to highlight problems that Singaporeans face.
