This workshop focuses on the special nature in the process of writing to customers and how to give one’s writing real impact so as to create, secure and build business relationships.

Participants will learn how to make their written communication to customers clear, distinctive and persuasive. They will also find out how to add ‘personality’ to their messages in order to differentiate against their competitors.

‘Persuasive Writing to Customers’ is facilitated by Patrick Forsyth, a prolific writer on business matters. Some of his books include Communicating with Customers, Marketing on a Tight Budget, Powerful Reportsand Proposals, and Kick-start your Corporate Survival.
