 Negotiation Skills At Work
Conflicts and disagreements are bound to happen because everyone inevitably have differences in their opinions, values and goals. To find solutions to these disagreements, one needs to understand the power of negotiation skills.

Negotiation means developing an ability to resolve disputes and conflicts. Effective negotiation requires a willingness to work with other people to reach solutions that everyone can live with. The facilitator, Emma Jarman-Jones leads participants in understanding this and at the same time, achieving organizational objectives. She also shares her points on how to present differing points of view in non-confrontational ways, identifying personality types as well as the different styles of negotiating.
