Entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and people in transitions are some of the people who typically work with a coach. Regardless of their professional endeavour or place in life, all of them have one thing in common: they are all either already or on the verge of becoming successful, resourceful, and intelligent individuals who want to get even more out of their lives.

On 26 September 2005, 60 of such high-powered individuals came together at the Grand Hyatt Hotel to participate in a two-day masterful coaching workshop. It was facilitated by none other than Robert Hargrove, the founder of Masterful Coaching Inc. and the author of the path-breaking book, Masterful Coaching – Create an Impossible Future through Extraordinary Leaders and Extraordinary Results .

Throughout this workshop, the participants discovered how to transform themselves into extraordinary leaders and to make the shift from “good to great”. They also learned how to speak and listen to people in their organisations in a way that captures their hearts and minds. Also, Robert shared how to develop the necessary skills to be an effective coach and how to apply them in executive leadership roles.

More importantly, the participants learned how to inspire, empower and enable their organisations to achieve actual leadership and business breakthroughs.
