11th World HR Congress & Business-Connect Exposition Singapore 2006
After months of anticipation, the 11th World HR Congress & Business-Connect Exposition Singapore 2006 finally took place from 29th May to 1st June 2006 at the Singapore Expo.
As the Official Jobsite and one of the marketing partners of this prestigious event, JobsDB.com made its presence felt with its unique exhibit presentation in the exhibition hall. Many heads turned when they saw a double-decker bus adorned with JobsDB liveries! Several visitors and delegates feedback that they found JobsDB's exhibit presentation to be very refreshing and that it definitely stood out from the rest. Even Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong was delighted and commended on it when he came over for a brief visit on the launch of this biennial event.
Throughout the exhibition, JobsDB staff was also present to distribute corporate brochures and collaterals, as well as answer all enquiries on JobsDB from the visitors.
The World HR Congress is held once every two years under the auspices of the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations, and attracts HR practitioners from around the globe and features world-renowned experts on a host of international HR themes. In Singapore for the first time, the 2006 edition attracted over 2,000 delegates from across the globe.
