How do you write e-mails and letters which sound right and achieve their objectives at the first time? If you are faced with such a question, this is a workshop just for you.

Led by training consultant, James Irvine, participants will discover ways on how to improve accuracy, coherence and presentation in their business writings.

Common mistakes and bad writing styles will also be discussed and they will even get the chance to appraise their own written samples.
